
Elderly woman did not find wheelchairs at the airport
On the social media site X, a woman named Parul Kanwar alleged that her 82 -year -old grandmother was not given wheelchairs at the airport, while Air India had already booked wheelchair. The elderly woman fell due to lack of wheelchair and suffered serious injuries. On March 7, Parul shared the post and wrote that there is such a low price for human life and health. According to Kanwar, his grandmother was treated at the ICU after being injured. Parul wrote on X, ‘I am posting this because I have no choice and I am angry that the price of human genev and goodness is so low. Air India, you treated my grandmother so badly and gave so much respect. You should be ashamed. ‘
Elderly woman did not get wheel chair
Parul said that on 4 March 2025, while going from Delhi to Bengaluru, he had booked a wheelchair for his 82 -year -old grandmother long ago. The wheelchair was also confirmed by the airline. He said that when she reached the airport, she was allotted a wheelchair. Talking about the incident, he said, “We requested an alternative airline staff of airline staff, airport help desk, IndiGo to provide wheelchairs for about 1 hour.” But due to lack of wheelchair and no other option, the elderly woman had to gradually move to 3 parking lanes in T3 New Delhi with the help of her family member.
Woman hurt at the airport
He said that as soon as the elderly woman was taken to the airport by helping her feet, the facility of its wheelchair was not provided. Parul said that when his feet finally responded and she fell.
