The work place can be any office/office, whether it is private institution or while making a government complaint, the incident has not been reduced for more than three months, and if more than one incident has taken place, then the time is for three months from the date of the last incident.

Any medical examination of a female accused person should be done by another woman or in her presence so that her right to dignity can be protected.
