A Hindu temple in California, USA was vandalized and objectionable slogans were written on it. The incident took place in Chino Hills area. Among the pictures shared on social media, ‘Modi-Hindustan Murdabad’ such as slogans and PM Modi appear to be written.

BAPS America, which built the temple, shared information about the incident on social media platform X. Seven months ago, in September too, such an incident took place at the Sri Swaminarayan Temple in Sacramento, California.

BAPS America posted this picture and told that Modi-Hindustan Murdabad is written on the temple board.

Indian Foreign Ministry condemns the incident

India’s Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned the incident. The ministry issued a statement saying that we appeal to the local law authorities that they will take the harshest action against the accused. Along with this, adequate security will be arranged at places of worship.

6 Hindu temples vandalized in America last year

American Hindu organization Cohna has also condemned the incident. The institution said that the incident took place a few days before the alleged Khalistani referendum to be held in Los Angeles. Cohna also said that since 2022, at least 6 temples in different states of America have written abusive language for Hindus.
