Indo Farm Equipment IPO GMP Today: Indo Farm’s IPO, which opened on Tuesday, December 31, was closed on Thursday, January 2. The IPO of this tractor manufacturing company got strong support from investors. Indo Farm Equipment has raised Rs 260.15 crore from its IPO. For this the company has issued a total of 1,21,00,000 shares. In this, 86,00,000 new shares worth Rs 184.90 crore and 35,00,000 shares worth Rs 75.25 crore have been issued through OFS.

Indo Farm’s IPO got 229.68 times subscription

According to NSE data, Indo Farm’s IPO was subscribed a total of 229.68 times. Whereas, this IPO received 17.70 times subscription on the first day i.e. on 31st December and the total subscription of this IPO increased to 54.44 times on the second day.

The company will be listed in the stock market tomorrow

Indo Farm Equipment had fixed the price band of Rs 204 to Rs 215 for each share under its IPO. After the IPO closed on January 2, the allotment of shares was done on January 3. Today i.e. on January 6, shares will be transferred to the demat accounts of investors. After which finally on Tuesday, January 7, Indo Farm Equipment will be listed in the Indian stock market. Let us tell you that this is a mainboard IPO, which will be listed on both BSE and NSE exchanges.

What’s going on in the gray market GMP

According to the response that Indo Farm’s IPO has received from investors, it is not getting that much price in the gray market. However, initially there was a lot of movement in the gray market regarding this IPO. On Monday, January 6, shares of Indo Farm Equipment are trading with a GSP price of Rs 90 (41.86 per cent). Let us tell you that its GMP was Rs 90 on January 1, Rs 96 on January 2, Rs 99 on January 3, Rs 96 on January 4 and Rs 90 on January 5. However, upon listing of the company in the stock market, there may be considerable fluctuations in its GMP.
