In HCL Tech, she will achieve 44.17 percent stake in Vama Delhi and 0.17 percent stake in HCL Corp. The Capital Market Regulatory Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is allowed to offer Malhotra from openly offering, which will lead to smooth transfer of shares.
