Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold her 4 apartments in Mumbai for about Rs 16.17 crore. These apartments were the Oberoi Sky Gardens project located in Andheri West area of Mumbai. The deal also includes a duplex flat. This information has been received from documents received by Home Bing platform ‘Indextap’. According to the documents, three of the four flats are on the 18th floor and one flat on the 19th floor. The first apartment is spread over 1,075 Dakwir feet and has been sold for Rs 3.45 crore, for which the buyer has paid a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh. This flat comes with a car parking.
The second apartment is spread over 885 South Foot and the deal is done for Rs 2.85 crore. On this, the buyer has paid a stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh. It also comes with a car parking.
The third apartment is located on the 19th floor and it is spread over 1,100 South Foot. It has been sold for Rs 3.52 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 21.12 lakh has been paid on this deal. The fourth apartment, which is a duplex, is spread over the 18th and 19th floors and its kus area is 1,985 Dakwir feet. It has been sold for the flat for Rs 6.35 crore and a stamp duty of Rs 31.75 lakh has been paid on it. This flat also includes two car parking spaces. The property was registered on 3 March 2025.
