Nestle India December Quarter Results: FMCG company Nestle India had a net profit of Rs 688 crore on the consolidated basis in the October-December 2024 quarter. This is about 5 percent more than the profit of Rs 655.61 crore a year ago. Consolidated revenue from the operations of the company during the quarter increased by about 4779.73 crore on an annual basis to Rs 4779.73 crore, which was Rs 4600.42 crore in the December 2023 quarter.

The total expenditure of the company increased to Rs 3861.91 crore in the December 2024 quarter, which was Rs 3636.94 crore a year ago. The company has also announced the second interim dividend for FY 2024-25 along with the announcement of the results of the December 2024 quarter.

How much dividend and what is record date

In the information given to the stock markets, Nestle India said that its board has decided to give a second interim dividend of Rs 14.25 per share to shareholders. It will be paid from 27 February 2025. The record date for dividend is 7 February 2025. By this date, shareholders whose names will be in the records of the Register of Members of the Company or Depositors as the beneficiaries owners of shares will be entitled to dividend.
