In the video of 1.04 minutes, pro -Khalistan terrorist Gopal Singh Chawla is seen abusing the Punjab Police of Pakistan. Chawla is threatening other officers including District Police Officer (DPO) of Punjab province of Pakistan.
Chawla is calling himself a closeness to ISI, saying that he has a tremendous connection at the top level and a senior military officer Brigadier Saheb is his supporter.
