Stock market will remain open
The stock market is usually closed on Saturday and Sunday. But this time on the special occasion of the budget, the markets will remain open on 1 February 2025. Both Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) have informed that on that day the markets will be open on their own time i.e. from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm. This is not the first time that the stock market will be open on Saturday on the budget day. Earlier, on 1 February 2020 and 28 February 2015, the stock markets remained open due to the budget.
