Kotak Bank’s service will not be available on 5 and 12 February

The bank has said in email that we are updating our system to give you a better banking experience. Therefore, some service related to your Kotak Visa Debit Card and Spendz Card will not be available for some time periods. This problem will be on Wednesday 5 February 2025 and then on Wednesday 12 February 2025 from 1:00 am to 5:00 pm. During this time, customers will not be able to do in-store pos transactions, online payment and international ATM transactions. Kotak Mahindra Bank has advised its customers to complete their necessary transactions in advance so that they do not face any kind of trouble.
