What is the whole matter?

A shocking incident occurred in Banai area of Sundargarh district of Odisha, where a 4-year-old child’s head got stuck in a steel vessel while playing. Shubham, a 4 -year -old son of Babuli Munda and his wife Savina Munda, living in Jangla village of Banai police station area, was playing at home. In sports, his head got stuck in a steel vessel. The family made several attempts to save the child, but the circle was so tight that they failed to get it out.
