Three Hindu youths have been kidnapped in Pakistan’s Punjab province. The criminals who kidnapped have demanded the police to release their accomplices. Also, if they do not do so, they have threatened to kill the kidnapped Hindus.
Punjab Police said on Thursday that the incident took place in Bhong area of Rahim Yar Khan district on Wednesday. This area is 400 km away from Lahore, the capital of Punjab. The names of the kidnapped Hindu youth are Shaman, Shamir and Sajan.
All three youths were present near the Basic Health Unit of Bhong. Then 5 dacoits kidnapped him at gunpoint and took him away.

Demanded release by releasing video
Ashik Korai, the mastermind behind the kidnapping, also released a video later. In this video, he warned Rana Ramzan, in-charge of Ahmedpur Lama Police Station, to release his 10 family members.
If he did not do so, he threatened to attack the police and kill the Hindu youth. In the video released by the dacoits, all three youths were seen tied in chains. Three youths were pleading with the authorities for their release.
Last year also, dacoits had attacked police vehicles in this area. 12 policemen were killed in this attack.

16 laborers kidnapped in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
On Thursday, in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, unknown people kidnapped 16 laborers working in uranium and plutonium mines. All these workers were going to an atomic energy mine site. During this time he was kidnapped from the vehicle.
After abducting, the kidnappers set the vehicle on fire and took the workers to an unknown place. Till now no organization has taken responsibility for kidnapping the workers. However, according to the police, 8 out of 16 laborers have been released.
There is presence of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists in this area. The names of its terrorists have come to light earlier in such cases.
