Under Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana, businessmen can get loan through Aadhar card without any guarantee. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial help to small traders to restart their business. The process of this scheme is very easy, through which small traders can strengthen their business again. Under this scheme, loans up to Rs 10,000 are first given to traders. This loan is without any guarantee and is linked to Aadhar card. If traders repay the first loan on time, they can get a loan up to Rs 20,000 the next time. If traders consistently repay the loan on time, their loan is extended up to Rs 50,000. The loan has to be repaid in installments over a period of 12 months.
How to apply
The process of applying for loan under Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana is very simple. To apply for this scheme, first of all, you must have a valid Aadhar card, because the loan process under this scheme is linked to the Aadhar card. Your Aadhar card should be linked to your mobile number. If you apply online, this linking is required for e-KYC and Aadhaar verification.

You can apply for this scheme by visiting any government bank. You can also apply online on the portal. Apart from this, you can also apply for the loan by visiting your nearest Common Service Center (CSC). While applying you will have to provide your personal information, business information and Aadhaar card details. Additionally, you will also need to provide bank account details and business documents (if required).
