Yeida Housing Scheme 2025: The Yamuna Expressway is going to give another chance to settle at the current plot rate near the Industrial Development Authority (Yeida), Noida International Airport. This master plan is going to launch a residential plot scheme soon in Sector 15C under 2041. The Authority has applied for Rera registration for this scheme and is expected to be launched in the current financial year 2025. Property rates may increase in the new financial year. But with the start of this scheme in this financial year, people will get a chance to buy a plot at the current rate.

Yeida’s 2023 and 2024 residential plot schemes saw tremendous success. Under the scheme, 361 plots were offered in 2023 and 451 plots near Jewar International Airport in 2024. 3 lakh applications came for them. Noida Airport has huge demand for residential plots.

The authority has fixed the rate of residential plot at Rs 25,900 per square meter. The Yamuna Authority has already allotted 803 residential plots in this financial year. These include 352 plots in RPS 08 and 452 plots in RPS 08A. These are in Sector 16, 17, 18, 20, 22D and 24A.

Target to raise 2500 crores in FY 25 from residential sector

Yeida aims to raise Rs 2500 crore from the residential sector in the current financial year 2025. To meet this demand, the Authority has decided to start a residential plot scheme in Sector 15C under Master Plan 2041. The authority currently has 180 hectares of land in Sector 15C. It was classified as a green space before being included in the master plan, but is now being used as a residential land.

Apart from this, there are 80 hectares of government land in this area. For this land, the authority has sent a proposal to the Divisional Commissioner for reclaimation. After getting the approval, the land will be recorded in the name of Yeida.
