A total of 5 teams play in the WPL, including the team of Gujarat Giants, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals and UP Warriors. During the league stage, all the teams will get a chance to play at least 2 matches against each other, in which the first place team in the points table will qualify for the direct final match, while the second and third number Eliminator match will be played between the team.

Apart from this, online streaming of matches will be on Disney Plus Hotstar app. Fans can also watch WPL matches on their smart TV, in which they have to login on the Disney Plus Hotstar app. All matches in WPL 2025 will start at 7:30 pm Indian time, with the toss at 7 pm.
