2. Keto flu: As you body adapts to low carb intake, you may face issues like nausea, fatigue, headache, etc. 

3. Low blood sugar: Keto diet can cause low blood sugar levels. 

4. Muscle loss: Keto diet can lead to severe muscle and fat loss. 

5. Stress on kidney: The diet is usually high in protein intake and therefore, it can put heavy stress on your kidneys. 

6. Lack of essential nutrients: Being on keto diet can cause a lack of essential nutrients in the body, leading to weakness, dizziness, and so on.
