
Uproar in marriage
There was a lot of uproar in a wedding in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on Sunday night. Here a young woman reached the stage in the midst of the ceremony and accused the groom of cheating. After this there was a stir and finally the police had to interfere. The police have started an investigation by taking the groom into custody. If the victim’s phone calls and messages are being seen, the police can arrest the groom and register a case against her.
The incident is of Dhauli police station area. The wedding was taking place in a famous marriage pavilion here. The bride-groom pair between music, lights and guests were sitting on the stage, when a young woman reached there with the police and climbed directly on the stage and surrounded the groom in front of everyone.
The woman accused of cheating
The woman alleged that the groom was her ex -boyfriend, who formed a relationship with her for many years and promised to marry. But later suddenly broke into contact with him and quietly married someone else. According to the information, the woman claimed that the two had also vowed to marry among themselves. She became quite emotional and started saying that the groom had cheated her and kept her in false promises and played with her life.
Police registered a case
After the incident, there was chaos at the venue. Relatives and guests were surprised. The police had to intervene and while handling the atmosphere, the groom was removed from the stage and detained. In this case, a complaint has now been lodged at Lingaraj police station. The police have registered a case in sections like false promise of marriage and physical abuse in the name of marriage on the basis of the woman’s allegations.
If the young man did not reply, the girl reached the police
The woman had made several attempts to contact the groom before marriage, but she did not get any response. Forced to take a legal route and reached the reception with the help of the police. The police is now investigating the call records, chat messages and statements of witnesses to confirm the girl’s claims. If the allegations are found correct, the groom may face serious legal action.
