Suspended for a month
South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada was suspended for a month to take drugs during the SA20 league. The statement issued by the South African Institute for Drug Free Sports (SAIDS) confirmed that Rabada failed the doping test after the match between Mi Cape Town and Durban Super Giants on 21 January. This information was given to him on 1 April.
Now Kagiso Rabada can play in IPL 2025
When Kagiso Rabada came to know about his suspension, he was playing in IPL 2025 for the Gujarat Titans. Soon after, he returned home and then it was told that he had returned home due to personal reasons. Now his one month suspension is over and he can play for the Gujarat Titans in the current season. He may be seen playing in the match against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday.

Kagiso Rabada is known for his deadly bowling. There is no match of his yorker balls. He has so far taken 119 wickets in 82 matches of IPL. He played two matches for the Gujarat Titans before the current season was suspended.
