Varun Dhawan Buys Apartments: Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has bought two luxury apartments in Juhu, one of the most expensive areas of Mumbai. Varun has bought these apartments along with his mother Karuna David Dhawan and wife Natasha. According to a report by Square Yards, both these apartments are located in the same project ‘Twenty by D’DECOR’. The total price of these two apartments is Rs 86.92 crore. This project Twenty by D’DECOR has 3BHK and 4BHK luxury apartments, which come with modern amenities and connectivity. Many Bollywood celebrities live in the Juhu area of Mumbai where Varun has bought these apartments. Being situated on the sea shore and being home to many big personalities, this area is one of the most posh areas of Mumbai.
The first apartment that Varun has bought with his mother Karuna David Dhawan is on the sixth floor. Its price is Rs 42.40 crore. The apartment has a carpet area of 429.06 square meters (4,617 square feet) and built-up area of 471.96 square meters (5,069 square feet).
This apartment comes with four car parking spaces. It also includes staff quarters of 8.13 square meters (87.5 sq ft), and two basement storage units of 2.31 square meters (24.9 sq ft). Stamp duty of Rs 2.54 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid on this property.
Varun has bought the second apartment with his wife Natasha. This apartment is located on the seventh floor of the same building and is priced at Rs 44.52 crore. The apartment has a carpet area of 474.92 square meters (5,112 square feet) and built-up area of 522.41 square meters (5,624 square feet).
It also includes four car parking spaces, staff quarters of 8.13 square meters (87.5 sq ft), and two basement storage units of 2.31 square meters (24.9 sq ft). Stamp duty of Rs 2.67 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid on this property. Both these transactions have been registered with IGR in January 2025.
Varun Dhawan is one of the leading actors of Indian cinema. She has received praise for her performances in films like ‘Badlapur’ (2015) and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ (2017). He has also received IIFA Award for comic roles in ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Main Tera Hero’.
