Bhubaneswar: The country’s premium train Vande Bharat Express once again became the target of stones. This incident of stone pelting occurred in Odisha. Anti-social elements pelted stones on the Puri-Rauurkela Vande Bharat Express. Anti -social elements carried out the incident at Kalunga railway station of Chakradharpur Railway Division. Due to stone pelting, the glass of a bogie of the train broke. It is a matter of honor that there was no passenger at that time, otherwise a big accident could have happened.

According to the information, some anti-social elements started throwing stones on the train when Puri-Rauurkela Vande Bharat Express was crossing Kalunga railway station at around 12:45 pm on Sunday afternoon. This broke the glass of a bogie of the train. However, no passenger was hurt in this incident. As soon as the train reached Rourkela railway station, the team of Railway Protection Force present there inquired about the incident from the passengers. After this, departmental officials also reached the spot and started investigation.
