2. India does not want tariff war with America

Whereas India had to face trade deficit with the remaining 9 countries.
Colombia’s trade with America is less than half of India. The two countries traded $ 33.8 billion in 2023. In which America’s trade deficit was $ 1.6 billion.

4. China needs strong partner to counter
