After becoming President again, Trump also signed an executive order related to it. He ordered the Pentagon to create a ‘Next Generation Missile Defense System’ to increase American missile defense capabilities. So that the ballistic missile coming from China, Russia, North Korea or any other country can be stopped.
Golden Dome is being designed to work from space, ground and sea, all three places. It will have such technology that will catch the enemy missile as soon as it is launched and destroyed it on the way. Israel has been used to prevent missiles since 2011.
Trump entrusted responsibility to Bharosmand military officer
The Golden Dome project will cost around $ 175 billion i.e. Rs 14.52 lakh crore. Trump has just approved spending $ 25 billion (about 2.05 lakh crore rupees).
Trump has given the responsibility of this to Space Force General Michael Guitalin. He is considered one of Trump’s most trusted military officers.
The Vice Chief of Space Operations of the Guitalin Space Force is employed. He was appointed on December 21, 2023 during the Biden tenure.
Canada also interested in Golden Dome Trump also said that Canada is also taking interest in it. The Canadian PMO also confirmed this, saying that they are discussing a new defense security with the US.
The US and Canada together run Norad (North American Aerospace Defense Command). The task of this military organization is to protect the air of North America and monitor the space sector. Norad was established to prevent the missile attacks of the Sovitay Sangh.
Ballistic missiles of China, Russia and North Korea threatened
