UAE Golden Visa: Golden visa is not available for Rs 23 lakh to live in Dubai. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has clearly stated that no lifetime golden visa is being given to Indian or Bangladeshi citizens for Rs 23.30 lakh. The statement came after reports that it was claimed that a UAE Golden Visa is being given on the basis of enrollment through a private company Rayad Group. The UAE government has denied these claims and said that the golden visa is given only from the official government platform.
Government gave strict warning
In this case, the UAE government institution Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) immediately interfered. Described these claims completely wrong and without legal basis. The ICP said that clean rules, categories and process have been fixed for the golden visa. No private company can guarantee or give them processing or giving them inside or outside the country.
Company admitted mistake, closed service
Rayad Group said in its statement that he is sorry that his information spread confusion among the people. We take full responsibility. He also said that he will share information from the front and according to the rules. The company also admitted that the statements of the company’s managing director Raiyad Kamal Ayub were wrong and they had a misunderstanding about the role of the company and the rules related to the golden visa.
AB golden visa will not provide service
The Rayad Group has also announced that it will no longer provide any advice or service related to the golden visa. The company made it clear that neither one gets a visa at a fixed price, nor is there any lifetime visa offer. He insisted that he is not a part of any such program nor supports him.
Rayad Group, while supporting the OAE government’s stance of ICP, said that all golden visa applications can be done only through government portal or authorized means. No private agency is authorized for this.
