Trump Effect: On the heels of Donald Trump’s arrival in America, MSCI’s Emerging Markets Index, which tracks stocks worth $7.6 trillion from developing countries like India, China, Brazil and South Africa, has collapsed. In October last year, it had reached a two and a half year high and from this high it has fallen by more than 10 percent while the stocks of developed countries have remained almost flat.
