According to Pranjal Pandey, you can lose weight by making some changes from diet to workout. For which he has mentioned 8 effective changes.

By sharing a video on Instagram, Pranjal has told about eight such habits which prove to be most effective in weight loss. To lose weight, there is a need to change not only the diet and workout routine but also the entire lifestyle.

8 weight loss habits

  1. Drink warm water and lemon juice- Drinking lemon juice with warm water every morning on an empty stomach reduces obesity. Adopt this habit in the morning. This helps in reducing the problem of flatulence and keeping the liver healthy.

  2. Fiber before eating- You have to eat fiber rich foods before every meal. Which may include large amounts of salad or fruits. This fills your stomach and prevents you from overeating.

  3. Eat fruits with protein or fat- You should eat fruits containing protein or fat. People with PCOS especially benefit from eating such fruits. For example, eat apple mixed with almond butter or berries mixed with Greek yogurt.

  4. Drink plenty of water- You must drink at least 4 liters of water every day. If you drink lukewarm water, it will reduce the fat accumulated in the body. The body will be detoxed which will improve metabolism.

  5. Walk for 10 minutes after eating- Make it a habit to walk for at least 10 minutes after every meal you take in a day. Walking after eating helps in weight loss. Those who cannot walk should do 10-15 squats.
