German IT services company Nagarro Enterprise Services has rented 7.06 lakh square feet office space at Sector 18, Udyog Vihar of Gurugram. For this space, the company will pay Rs 2.90 crore every month. This information has been revealed from real estate documents accessed by zapkey.com.
According to the documents, this office is in the building of Space Chimra Developer LLP. The lease duration will be 12 years. The lease agreement mentions that the fares will increase by 12 percent after every three years.
Security deposit of Rs 10 crore
Nagarro has also submitted a security deposit of Rs 10 crore for this deal. The company also had to pay stamp duty of Rs 2.49 crore on this real estate transaction. The deal was registered in April 2025 and the license will be started from 1 January 2025.
At present, there has been no official response to the deal from both the leased and taking parties. The story will be updated when the response is received.
Large corporate deals in Gurugram
In the last few years, Gurugram has established himself as a major commercial hub. There is a tremendous jump in the demand for office space here. The city has become a center of attraction, especially for large IT companies and multinational corporations.

Virat Kohli’s office space
Star cricketer Virat Kohli also leased 18,430 sq ft office space Mynd Integrated Solutions in Gurugram in June 2023. Its fare is Rs 1.27 crore annually.
In August 2023, DLF Building and Services Private Ltd bought a 31,254 sq ft office space for Rs 81.04 crore at the Two Horizon Center located in Sector 43, Gurugram. This office park is considered one of the most expensive corporate complex of Gurugram.
