The government has sent Rs 1,250 to the bank account of 1.27 crore women. Women can find their bank account by checking them immediately. Under the Ladli Bahna scheme, installment has been transferred to women. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has transferred Rs 1,553 crore to bank accounts of more than 1.27 crore women under Ladli Bahna Yojana on Monday 10 February. He said that the money given to sisters will be increased to Rs 1,250 in future to Rs 3,000.
What is Ladli Bahna Yojana?
Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan launched the ‘Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana’ on 28 January 2023. The main objective of this scheme is to promote women’s health, nutrition and financial freedom. Initially, under this scheme, the eligible women were given Rs 1,000 monthly. It was later increased to Rs 1,250. Now the government needs to be increased to Rs 3,000.

Be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
The age should be between 21 and 60 years old.
The annual family income should be less than Rs 2.50 lakh.
Married, widow, divorced women are eligible.
According to the official website of the scheme, women born between 1 January 1961 to 1 January 2000 can apply for this scheme. Apart from this, pensioners of Social Justice Department who get less than Rs 1,250 pension from other government schemes are also given an amount of difference under this scheme. For example, if a woman is taking a pension of Rs 600 from another scheme, the government pays Rs 650 extra to Rs 1,250.
