The organizing committee of the Paris Olympics is working with the Monnaie de Paris, which produced the medals, to replace all the damaged medals. In its clarification, this organization said that the medals are not defensive. Only their color has faded and the work of replacing them has been going on since August.

The medals given at the Paris Olympics and Paralympics 2024 were made in a special way. Because it included pieces of the iconic Eiffel Tower. The 5,084 gold, silver and bronze medals for Paris 2024 were designed by high-end jewelery and watch maker Chaumet (part of the LVMH group).

First Indian female shooter to win an Olympic medal
