For this, Tesla has signed a lease deal at Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). The world’s richest man Ilyon Musk’s company Tesla has signed a lease for 5 years from February 16, 2025. Tesla will pay a total of US $ 4,46,000 for the first year for its Mumbai showroom.
Tesla’s Mumbai showroom will be held in 4003 sq ft area
According to the lease, the showroom fare will increase by 5 percent every year and the last year of the lase, the 5th year the showroom fare will increase to $ 5,42,000. According to media reports, the showroom in BKC, Mumbai is 4003 sq ft i.e. 372 square meters. Let us tell you that this area is equal to a court of basketball.
Tesla’s first showroom will open in BKC maker Maxity Building
This showroom of Tesla will be in BKC maker Maxity Building. These vehicles will be imported from Berlin, the capital of Germany.

Tesla will currently open two showrooms in India. After Mumbai, the company’s second showroom will open in the country’s capital Delhi.
