Team India with Kuldeep Yadav

Kuldeep Yadav may return in Champions Trophy
Kuldeep Yadav has recovered from injury and started his practice before the Champions Trophy and ODI series against England. Last year itself, when Team India was playing a Test series against New Zealand at home, he had suffered a groin injury in the very first match, since then he was out of the Indian team. Meanwhile, Kuldeep Yadav has now shared a video of about 45 seconds on his social media. In this he is seen bowling in the nets. Now it should be hoped that he can be included in the Champions Trophy squad.

Kuldeep Yadav has so far played 106 ODI matches for India and taken 172 wickets. Here his average is around 26 and the economy rate is 4.99. He has also achieved the feat of taking five wickets twice in ODIs. Champions Trophy will be held in ODI format only, in such a situation they can do wonders. His bowling will be needed especially against Pakistan. Before this, Team India is also going to play a 5-match T20 series against England from January 22, in which Kuldeep Yadav has not been included.

Although the Indian team for the Champions Trophy should have been announced by now, the picture regarding the fitness of fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is not clear yet. Therefore the team has not been announced yet. But still there is a possibility that the team will be revealed just a month before the start of the tournament i.e. by 19th January, it remains to be seen which players’ names are included in it.
