This player joins Team India in place of Bumrah

The absence of Jasprit Bumrah is a big loss for the Indian team. Bumrah was injured during the Test series played against Australia. Due to his back pain, he had to leave midway through the last Test match against Australia. In such a situation, Harshit Rana has been included in the squad in place of Bumrah in this series. Rana has not played a single ODI match for Team India yet.

Further decisions will be taken based on their medical reports. If Bumrah is not completely fit till the Champions Trophy, he may have to miss this tournament.

Rohit is not sure about Bumrah
