Supreme Court refused to cancel the bail of Ammar Rahiman accused of having relations with ISIS

The Supreme Court has refused to cancel the bail of Ammar Rahaiman, accused of having relations with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Justice Suryakant -led bench found that the evidence found in Raheiman’s mobile phone was not enough to prove him a member of ISIS and other evidence against him is not enough to convict him. However, the court directed that the maintenance of the trial should not go abroad until it is permission before the court.

ISIS’s propaganda channel used to run on social media

Let us tell you that Raiman was operating several ISIS propaganda channels on social media platforms to spread violent jihadi ideology, make radical and recruit weak Muslim youth. According to the allegations, he and his associates had planned to go to Jammu and Kashmir and ISIS-controlled areas to carry out terrorist activities.
