A shocking case has come to light from Anakkara Government Higher Secondary School in Palakkad district of Kerala. A Plus One student clashed with the teacher over his phone. The student became so angry that he threatened to kill the teacher.

The incident occurred on Friday when the student had brought a mobile phone to the class in violation of the school’s strict rules. In fact, there is a strict policy of not bringing mobile phones to school. The student became angry when the teacher took action to confiscate the phone. This enraged the student. First he created a ruckus when the student’s phone was snatched away. Then he was called to the principal’s office. Here the student allegedly threatened the teacher and said that if he threw him out of the school, he would harm him.

Threat to bomb Erode schools

In another news, two schools in Erode district of Tamil Nadu had received bomb threats on Tuesday. Giving information, the police said that this threat turned out to be a rumour. According to the police, two schools run by Bharathi Vidya Bhavan in Thindal and Therakkupallam, seven kilometers from Erode, received an email at 11.54 am, stating that bombs were planted on the premises and that they would explode at any time. The school authorities immediately informed the police. A team of bomb disposal squad, dog squad and police personnel reached the schools and started a thorough search for explosives. Police said that meanwhile, holiday was declared in both the schools and all the children were sent home. Police completed their search by 3:30 pm and confirmed that no explosives were found. Police termed the threat as a rumour.
