Stocks to watch: Most of the world’s stock market is getting green signals today. Banks made a comeback a day before the Nifty 50’s Weekly Expiry and the bank closed from Nifty Red to Green. At the end of the day, the BSE Sensex was broken at 122.52 points i.e. 0.16% to 76171.08 and Nifty also closed at 0.12% i.e. 26.55 points and closed at 23045.25. Now today, if we talk about individual stocks, some companies have come to business results, while some results are coming today, due to which they can show a stir. Apart from this, two listings as well as some stocks can show a sharp movement due to corporate action. They are being told about them here.

Stocks to watch: These shares will be eyeing

The RBI has lifted the ban on connecting new customers to Kotak Mahindra Bank online and through mobile banking and issuing new credit cards. The RBI imposed these restrictions on 24 April 2024 last year.

Reliance Industries has setup the REC Sustainable Energy Solutions with full -owned REC in Singapore. This has been done to set up the Global Capability Center to do R&D activities simultaneously.

ICICI Bank’s Joint Venture Partner Prudential ICICI is considering the listing of Prudential Asset Management Company. Under the scheme, Prudential can lighten its stake. After the listing, ICICI Bank intends to maintain its majority stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.

Tata Power’s subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy has signed a non-binding MoU with ONGC to find opportunities in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and its value chain.

Transport Infra Consultancy Organization Rights have signed the MoU with C-DAC (Center for Development of Advanced Computing) for cooperation on IT solutions of consultancy assignments.

Railtel Corporation of India

RailTel Corporation has received a work order of Rs 123.13 crore from the State Project Director (SPD) Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) and additional work orders of Rs 14.71 crore from the Airports Authority of India, Chennai.

The RBI has extended the validity of Authorization issued to Vakrangi to install white label ATMs in India and to operate it to 31 March 2026. According to data up to January 2025, Vakrangi currently has 6,035 white label ATMs.

NTPC Green Energy and ONGC

ONGC Green and NTPC Green Energy Energy 50:50 Joint Venture ONGC NTPC Green by National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), BII South Asia Renuables, to get 100% equity share in Ayana Renewable Power for Rs 19,500 crore ($ 23 crore). The British International International International (BII) and Evercers Capital have signed a share purchase agreement.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone

Adaani Harbor Services, a subsidiary of Adani Ports, has started a joint veteran company Al Annabi Marine Services in Qatar. Adani has started this joint venture in association with C Horizon Offshore Marine Services and Jamal A. Rab AM Al Yafai.

Honasa Consumer Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

In the December quarter, the consulted profit of Honas Consumer on an annual basis jumped 0.5% to ₹ 26.02 crore and revenue increased by 6% to ₹ 517.5 crore.

Bharat Forge Q3 (Standalone Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, India Forge’s Standelone Profit fell 8.4% to ₹ 346 crore and revenue slipped 7.4% to ₹ 2,095.9 crore. Apart from this, Bharat Forge has partnered with Veda Aeronautics to develop unmanned aerial veiles and other high-speed aerial weapons systems, while with Liebherr for advanced aerospace manufacturing.

Muthoot Finance Q3 (Standalone Yoy)

On an annual basis in the December quarter, Muthoot Finance’s Standelone Profit jumped 32.7% to ₹ 1,363.1 crore and Net Interest Income (NII) increased by 42.8% to ₹ 2,721.4 crore.

PN Gadgil Jewellers Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, Consolidated Profit of PN Gadgil Jewelers jumped 49.4% to ₹ 86 crore and revenue increased by 23.5% to ₹ 2,435.8 crore.

Landmark Cars Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

The consulted profit of landmark cars fell 37.7% to ₹ 11.4 crore on an annual basis in the December quarter but during this time the revenue rose 24.6% to ₹ 1,195 crore.

Endurance Technologies Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, the consulted profit of Endurance Tech jumped 21.1% to ₹ 184.4 crore and Revenue increased by 11.6% to ₹ 2,859.2 crore.

Balaji Amines Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, the consulted profit of Balaji Emines fell by 32.8% to ₹ 33.2 crore and the revenue slipped 18.4% to ₹ 312.7 crore.

SKF India Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

SKF India’s consulted profit fell 17.1% to ₹ 109.5 crore in the December quarter, but during this time the revenue rose 15% to ₹ 1,256.1 crore.

Iifl Finance Q3 (Standalone Yoy)

In the December quarter, IIFL Finance’s Standelone Profit slipped 88% to ₹ 16 crore and Net Interest Income (NII) 13% slipped to ₹ 310 crore.

Godawari Power & Ispat Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

In the December quarter, Consolidated Profit of Godavari Power and Ispat slipped by 36.8% to ₹ 144.8 crore and Revenue fell 0.86% to ₹ 1,297.6 crore on an annual basis.

PTC India Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

PTC India’s consulted profit jumped 58.2% to ₹ 176.4 crore on an annual basis in the December quarter but during this time the revenue fell 0.2% to ₹ 3,420.8 crore.

Suven Pharmaceuticals Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, Suven Pharma’s consulted profit jumped 77.3% to ₹ 82.9 crore and Revenue rose 39.7% to ₹ 307.2 crore.

Godrej Industries Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, Consolidated Profit of Godrej Industries jumped 76.9% to ₹ 188.2 crore and revenue increased by 34.4% to ₹ 4,824.8 crore.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

Consulted profit of Crumpton Greaves Consumer Electricals on an annual basis in the December quarter jumped 27.7% to ₹ 109.8 crore and revenue increased by 4.5% to ₹ 1,769.2 crore.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Q3 (Consolidated Yoy)

On the annual basis in the December quarter, the consulted profit of National Chemicals and Fertilizers jumped 615% to ₹ 80.2 crore but during this time the revenue fell 7.9% to ₹ 4,518.4 crore.

Medi Assist Healthcare Services

Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund bought a 1.56% stake in Medi Assist for Rs 54.22 crore.

Bharat Value Fund bought a 2.56% stake in Pratap Snacks at an average price of Rs 1,147.48 per share for Rs 70.12 crore. At the same time, Malabar India Fund sold 0.66% stake in an average price of Rs 1,150.01 per share for Rs 18.25 crore.

Promoter Apollo Pipes of Kisan Moldings bought an additional 0.5% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 43.86 per share.
