Market overview: The market is trading with gains today. Nifty seems to be crossing 23400 with a gain of 65.95 points or 0.28 percent. Talking about the last trading day, the Indian equity market started the week on a strong note. The benchmark indices yesterday recovered all the losses of the previous trading session. Shares of financial power and telecom companies registered a gain of 0.5 percent. At the end of the trading session, Sensex closed at 77,073.44, up 454.11 points or 0.59 per cent, and Nifty closed at 23,344.75, up 141.55 points or 0.61 per cent.

GIFT Nifty is seeing a rise, this is a good sign for the broader market. At present, Gift-Nifty is seen at the level of 23,381.50 with a rise of 144 points or 0.62 percent.

The dollar index was trading 0.7 percent down at 108.50 in early trade on Tuesday.
US bond yield
In the US, the 10-year treasury fell by 171 basis points to 4.54 and the 2-year treasury fell by 119 per cent to 4.24.
Asian market
Today there is a boom in Asian markets. Nikkei is trading with a gain of 1.16 percent. However, Strait Times showed a weakness of 0.07 percent. While Taiwan’s market is trading up 0.51 percent. At the same time, Hang Seng is trading with a gain of 1.72 percent. Kospi is also trading with a weakness of 0.14 percent. At the same time, Shanghai Composite is showing a rise of 0.08 percent at the level of 3,244.38.
Trade setup for today: If the resistance of 23350-23400 is broken, rise to 23600 is possible, immediate support at 23100.

FII and DII fund flows
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold equities worth Rs 4,336 crore on January 20, while domestic institutional investors bought equities worth Rs 4,322 crore on the same day.
