Share market today: The Indian stock markets closed for the second consecutive day on 6 February. The Sensex broke 213 points. At the same time, Nifty slipped to 23600 level. Due to this, the assets of the stock market investors drowned around 2.05 lakh crore rupees today. Market analysts say that the Reserve Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee will give its verdict on the interest rates tomorrow on Friday. Due to this, the attitude of investors remains cautious, which was the main reason for the decline today. Selling was also seen in the brad market today. The BSE Midcap index fell 0.87 percent. At the same time, the smallcap index was flattened. During today’s business, the biggest decline was seen in realty, consumer durables and telecom shares.
At the end of the trading, the BSE Sensex closed at 78,058.16 points with a decline of 213.12 points or 0.27 per cent. At the same time, NSE’s 50 -share index, Nifty fell at 92.95 points or 0.39 per cent to close at 23,603.35.
₹ 2.05 lakh crore of investors drowned
The total market capitalization of listed companies in BSE came down to Rs 425.14 lakh crore on 6 February today, which was Rs 427.19 lakh crore on its previous trading day i.e. Wednesday 5 February. In this way, the market cap of listed companies in BSE has reduced by about Rs 2.05 lakh crore today. Or in other words, the assets of investors have fallen by about Rs 2.05 lakh crore.

11 out of 30 shares of BSE Sensex closed with an increase in green mark today. In this, Shares of Adani Ports were the highest up of 1.72 per cent. After this, the shares of Infosys, Axis Bank, HCL Tech and Tech Mahindra closed up 0.58 per cent to 0.94 per cent.

2,018 shares declined
The number of shares shut down on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today was high. A total of 4,063 shares on the exchange were seen today. Out of this, 1,917 shares closed up rapidly. At the same time, 2,018 shares saw a decline. While 128 shares were closed flat without any fluctuations. Apart from this, 69 shares today touched their new 52-whee high during trading. At the same time, 67 shares touched a new lower level of 52-weeks.
