Share market today: The Indian stock market closed down the second consecutive day on February 19. The Sensex closed down 28 points. The Nifty closed at 22,932. However, small and medium shares were huge rise. The BSE midcap index closed with a gain of 1.30 per cent and the Smallcap index 2.41 per cent. Due to this, the assets of the stock market investors increased by about 3.35 lakh crore rupees today. Today’s business media, metal, government bank, realty and capital goods shares saw the highest faster. Secondly, IT and pharma stocks saw a decline of up to 1 per cent.

Market experts say that investors are waiting for the results of the meeting on the interest rates of the US Federal Reserve. These results are coming late tonight tonight.

At the end of the trading, the BSE Sensex closed at 75,939.18 points, declining 28.21 points or 0.037 per cent. At the same time, NSE’s 50 -share index, Nifty fell at 12.40 points or 0.054 per cent to close at 22,932.90.

Investors earned ₹ 3.35 lakh crore

The total market capitalization of listed companies in BSE rose to Rs 401.66 lakh crore on February 19, which was Rs 398.31 lakh crore on its previous trading day i.e. Tuesday 18 February. In this way, the market cap of listed companies in BSE has increased by about Rs 3.35 lakh crore today. Or in other words, the property of investors has increased by about Rs 3.35 lakh crore.

15 out of 30 shares of BSE Sensex closed with an increase in green mark today. The shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) were the highest at 4.86 per cent. After this, the shares of Infosys, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Sun Pharma and Bharti Airtel closed with a gain of 1.15 per cent to 1.77 per cent.

At the same time, the remaining 15 shares of the Sensex closed down today. In this too, the share of Indusind Bank declined by 2.28 per cent. At the same time, shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Ultratech Cement (Ultratech Cement) and Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) saw a decline ranging from 1.35 percent to 2.20%.

The number of shares shut down on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today was high. A total of 4,074 shares on the exchange were seen today. Out of this, 2,810 shares closed up rapidly. At the same time, 1,147 shares saw a decline. While 117 shares closed flat without any fluctuations. Apart from this, 55 shares today touched their new 52-versa high during trading. At the same time, 387 shares touched a new lower level of 52-weeks.
