The Indian stock market continued to decline for the sixth consecutive day on Wednesday, February 12. The Sensex broke up to 900 points in day trading amidst weak global signals. However, it later saw recovery and finally it closed 122 points. The Nifty also broke 22,800 levels in day trading, but at the end of the trading it closed over 23,000. Due to this, the market value of BSE listed companies decreased by about Rs 1 lakh crore today.
