Share market today: The Indian stock markets closed for the fourth consecutive day due to Donald Trump’s new tariff threats and a record decline in the rupee. The Sensex broke 548 points. At the same time, the Nifty fell below 23,400. Due to this, the assets of the stock market investors today reduced more than Rs 6 lakh crore. There was a faster decline in small and medium. Both BSE midcap and smallcap index closed over 2 per cent. Even all the sectoral index also closed in the red mark. Most of the decline was seen in metal, pharma, utility and consumer durables shares.
At the end of the trading, the BSE Sensex fell 548.39 points or 0.70 per cent to close at 77,311.80 points. At the same time, the NSE’s 50 -share index, Nifty fell to 23,381.60, 178.35 points or 0.76 per cent.
₹ 6.15 lakh crore of investors drowned
The total market capitalization of listed companies in BSE came down to Rs 417.78 lakh crore on February 10, which was Rs 423.93 lakh crore on its previous trading day i.e. Friday 7 February. In this way, the market cap of listed companies in BSE has reduced by about 6.15 lakh crore rupees today. Or in other words, the assets of investors have fallen by about Rs 6.15 lakh crore.

7 out of 30 shares of BSE Sensex closed with an increase in green mark today. In this, shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank (Koatak Mah Bank) were the highest at 1.20 per cent. After this, shares of Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra and HCL Tech closed with a gain of 0.40 per cent to 0.97 per cent.

At the same time, the remaining 23 shares of the Sensex closed down today. In this too, the power grid shares fell by 3.45 per cent to the top losis. At the same time, the shares of Tata Steel, Zomato, Titan and Bajaj Finance saw a drop ranging from 2.15 percent to 3.11%.

3,029 shares declined
The number of shares shut down on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today was high. A total of 4,225 shares on the exchange were seen today. Out of this, 1,073 shares closed up rapidly. At the same time, 3,029 shares saw a decline. While 123 shares closed flat without any fluctuations. Apart from this, 114 shares touched their new 52-whee high during trading today. At the same time, 192 shares touched a new lower level of 52-weeks.
