IPL 2025 is being played in a very spectacular style and fans have got to see exciting matches. Teams from Rajasthan Royals, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings have been eliminated from the playoff race. Now there has been a stir by an email threatened by the bomb sent on the official account of the Bengal Cricket Association among the IPL. For this reason, taking action before the match between CSK Vs KKR, security security system was tightened. Now the match is complete.

Security was increased before the match

A threat was sent from an unknown email ID before the match. The Bengal Cricket Association informed the Kolkata Police which immediately increased security at the venue. Cab president Snehashish Ganguly said that in the afternoon we received an email threatening bomb after which we informed the Kolkata Police. Security has been increased inside the stadium. Email came to the official email account of the cab. Investigation has been started and security in the stadium has been tightened.

More than 40000 viewers were present in the stadium

Despite the threat, the match continued without any disruption and the atmosphere was happy. According to CAB, a total of 42,373 spectators were present in the stadium for the match. Before the match began, Knight Riders and Superkings players stood near the boundary for praise of the Indian Armed Forces for the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ with BCCI officials.

Operation Sindoor was a counter -missile attack targeting terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir. The national anthem was played before the match and the players stood near the boundary to honor the armed forces. Operation Sindoor was launched on 22 April in response to a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 people were killed who were mainly tourists.
