These services are being run in a phased manner from October 10, which will facilitate the passengers in getting tickets during festivals and they will be able to reach their homes comfortably.
This festive season, direct flights to Patna have been started from big metros like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Along with this, the number of flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Patna has also been increased. Additional flights have also been started for Darbhanga from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, which is a special relief for the people of Mithilanchal region. This will make it possible to book tickets even at the last moment and the fare will also be economical.
SpiceJet Chief Business Officer Debojo Maharishi says that the airline has taken this step in view of the increasing demand of passengers during the festive season. Apart from Bihar, these flights also provide Diwali special services to Ayodhya, where daily non-stop flights have been started from Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. After the recent construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, the number of visitors has increased, due to which this service will prove beneficial for the passengers.
This facility is especially beneficial for those who study or work in remote cities and want to visit their families during festivals. These new flights of SpiceJet will provide better choice and convenience to the passengers, thereby doubling the festive enthusiasm.
