Rashtrapati Bhavan’s statement on Sonia Gandhi’s comment
Rashtrapati Bhavan said, “Reacting to the media to the President’s address in Parliament, some prominent leaders of the Congress party have made such comments, which clearly hurts the dignity of the post, so they are unacceptable.” According to the office statement, these leaders have said that the President was “very tired” till the end and she was barely able to speak.
The statement said, “Rashtrapati Bhavan wants to clarify that this notion is completely wrong. The President was not tired at any time. In fact, she believes that speaking to marginalized communities, women and farmers, as she was doing during her address, can never be tired. ”
