Real estate company Eugen Infra on Wednesday announced the acquisition of a section of a luxury residential villa project located off Goa’s beautiful Mendrem beach for about Rs 60 crore. The company said in the statement that it has completed the acquisition of 13 villas located in the La-Mendre project. These villas, spread over an area of approximately 8,000 square meters, will be ready for allotment in six months after redevelopment. According to the statement, the price of villas with modern amenities starts from Rs 5.37 crore. The company is expected to earn revenue of around Rs 100 crore from their sale. Amit Mamgen, Director, Eugen Infra, said each villa has been designed keeping in mind the synergy between lavish lifestyle and natural beauty. By offering these villas with premium amenities, Eugen is all set to gain a foothold in the real estate market of North Goa. Brigade will build residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad
Real estate company Brigade Enterprises Ltd. It will invest approximately Rs 4,500 crore to develop an integrated residential and commercial project in Hyderabad. The company is expanding the business to capitalize on the strong demand for retail space for luxury homes and premium offices. Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises on Wednesday launched its new project ‘Brigade Gateway’ in Neopolis Kokapet, Hyderabad. The project will be developed in an area of 10 acres. Company executive director Amar Mysore said that we will develop a 45 lakh square feet mixed-use project in Hyderabad. Of this, approximately 25 lakh square feet will be luxury homes. Asked about the project cost, he said the total investment in land and construction would be around Rs 4,500 crore. The investment will be funded through equity, sale proceeds from customers and construction finance.
