Schools have been discharged in schools on the instructions of DM to maintain traffic and security.
According to the information, all schools will have a holiday every Saturday and Monday. Classes from sixth to 12th will be closed from 14, 19 to 21 July, 26 to 28 July and 2 to 4 August on the order of DM. At the same time, all board schools in Varanasi have been ordered to be closed on July 14.

If an examination or program is already fixed in a school, it will be fixed and a new date will be fixed. At the same time, District Basic Education Officer Virendra Kumar Singh said that during the month of Shravan, all schools from class 1 to 8 of the district will have a holiday every Saturday and Monday. This rule will apply to schools related to council, recognized, aided and all boards.
Police prepared for Kawad Yatra
SP City Vijayendra Dwivedi said that a 146 -km long route has been set for the Kandar Yatra, on which strong security arrangements have been made. 366 CCTV cameras have been installed on the entire route and police have been deployed at 35 religious places. Five control rooms and five watch towers have also been set up to monitor the journey. The Kavad region is divided into six zones and 32 sectors. Apart from this, ‘Kavad Rakshak’ has also been deployed in the area to monitor mischievous elements.
Diversion will be done in these places
Due to the Kandar Yatra in Badaun district, the police have changed the route from 8 pm to 5 pm on Friday. During this time, the Bareilly-Mathura highway has been One-way and all the cut points have been closed with bamboo-bats. Separate alternative routes have been arranged for heavy and light vehicles, so that people do not have difficulty in movement.
