The company said in its results that 29.6 crore footfall was seen across all formats of Reliance Retail during the quarter. It has seen an increase of 5% on annual basis.

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani (RIL CHAIRMAN, MUKESH AMBANI) said on this occasion that due to stable consumer demand in the business of Reliance Retail Company, which runs the retail segment of the company, EBITDA increased by 9 percent to Rs 6,840 crore. Mukesh Ambani said, “The retail segment delivered a strong performance with significant contribution from all formats. The business benefited from increased consumption amid festive demand during the quarter.”
