Reliance Industries December Quarter Results: Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Limited will release its financial results for the October-December 2024 quarter on Thursday, January 16, 2025. The company has told the stock markets that its board will meet on January 16 to discuss and approve the financial results for the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25 and the nine-month period between April-December.

After this, the financial results will be announced on the same day. Reliance Industries is the most valuable company of Sensex. Its market cap is Rs 16.78 lakh crore. The share price of the company closed at Rs 1240.05 on BSE on January 13, 2025.

RIL’s profit fell by 5 percent in September quarter

The company’s net consolidated profit in the July-September 2024 quarter had declined by 5 percent on an annual basis to Rs 16,563 crore. A year ago it was Rs 17,394 crore. However, on quarterly basis there was an increase of 9.4 percent in net profit. The net consolidated income of Reliance Industries increased marginally on an annual basis to Rs 2.4 lakh crore in the September 2024 quarter, from Rs 2.38 lakh crore in the September 2023 quarter.

Shares fell 22 percent in 6 months

According to BSE, Reliance Industries shares have weakened by 22 percent in the last 6 months. The promoters held 50.24 percent stake in the company till October 29, 2024. The stock had created a 52-week high of Rs 1,608.95 on July 8, 2024. Whereas the 52-week low of Rs 1,202.10 was seen on December 20, 2024. The face value of the share is Rs 10.

The upper price band for RIL shares on BSE is Rs 1,364.05 and the lower price band is Rs 1,116.05. The company had given a final dividend of Rs 10 per share for the financial year 2023-24. The stock traded ex-dividend on August 19, 2024.
