What is RC
Registration Certificate i.e. RC is a document that proves that your vehicle is registered in your name. It is released by the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and is doing the main detail shows of your car’s registration number, engine and chassis number and ownership information. The reference to RC can also be taken in other things, when you are applying for a loan, intend to sell your car or just want to check whether it is legally yours. Digital RCs downloaded from official government apps like Digilocker and MPARIVAHAN are legally valid and are accepted by traffic authorities.
