Pictures that have been raised from Davangere city of Karnataka. These pictures reminded of the Taliban. A Muslim woman was beaten up in front of the mosque by a mob in front of the mosque. The woman continued to plead with mercy with folded hands, but the men of the area did not have mercy. They continued to rain poles on the woman. The question is whether religious fanaticism has turned above the law? Is there no fear of law to fundamentalists? The woman’s husband was also included in this crowd of poor people. He had complained to the Maulvi of the mosque about this woman. Maulvi called the woman to the mosque to give her clarification. Before the woman could enter the mosque, the fundamentalists started beating her. Two days ago, when the woman’s husband Jamil was not at home, the woman’s cousin came to her house with her friend. As soon as Jamil came to know about this, he immediately reached his home. Jamil started an uproar by saying how non -men entered the house in his absence. It is against Islamic law.

The woman explained a lot to Jamil but she did not agree and went directly to the mosque and demanded the Maulvi to punish his wife according to the Sharia. The poor people beat the woman so much that she fainted. Later he had to be hospitalized. The Karnataka police arrested 6 people. Their names are Muhammad Niaz, Muhammad Gaus Pir, Chand Basha, Inayat Ullah, Dastagir, and TR Rasul. Pictures of Davangere are forced to wonder how we are living in the 21st century. This kind of cruelty cannot be tolerated in civilized society. Under the guise of religion, no one can be allowed to take the law in hand. It is a good thing that the police have taken 6 poor people to jail, but now it is the responsibility of the police to hold the rest of the people involved in this crowd of women and get them all punished by which no one can dare to persecute a woman in the name of a radical religion.

National Herald Case: Sonia, Rahul is guilty?

Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are on bail in the case related to the National Herald. On Tuesday, ED filed a charge sheet in that case. The ED has accused a total of seven people including Rahul’s political guru Sam Pitroda and Sonia Gandhi’s advisor Suman Dubey. The charge sheet alleges that Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi captured the property of National Herald worth Rs 2000 crore. It is alleged that income tax of 440 crores was also stolen. The young Indian company, which occupies the wealth of National Herald, has 76 percent shares only by Sonia and Rahul. The ED claims that under a well -planned conspiracy, the Congress gave a loan of ninety crores to the National Herald and then converted this ninety crore debt into 9 crore shares. All these shares were handed over to Sonia and Rahul’s company Young Indian with only Rs 50 lakh. The Congress termed the action of the ED as an action taken in political revenge.

Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that the allegations made on Sonia and Rahul are false, the young Indian company was made only to manage the property of Nathal Herald. No one took any benefit from this company. The ED charge sheet will increase the difficulties of Sonia and Rahul. The allegation was not denied by the Congress that the property of the National Herald by Young Indian for Rs 50 lakh is Rs 2000 crore. The Congress’s argument is that Young Indian is a non -profit company. Rahul and Sonia will not benefit from the arrival of property in it. But the ED is alleged that the company named Young Indian was formed with the intention of capturing the National Herld Property. One of the arguments of the Congress is that this company was created to save the National Herald, a newspaper launched by Jawaharlal Nehru. The truth is that the printing of the National Herald Newspaper was closed in 2008 itself, then who was made to save and who was made to benefit? Sonia and Rahul Gandhi will have to answer this in court.

Bihar Election: Will Tejashwi face Nishant?

In Delhi, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav met Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi. Tejashwi wanted the Congress to finalize the seat sharing before the elections and announce his name as the Chief Minister. It was decided in the meeting that a committee of parties involved in the Grand Alliance will be formed which will finalize the seat sharing, but the decision on the name of the Chief Minister will be only after the election results. Now on 17 April, there will be a meeting of leaders of all parties involved in the grand alliance in Patna. On the other hand, Nishant Kumar, son of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, said that both Amit Shah and Emperor Chaudhary have said that Nitish will remain CM face. Nishant Kumar said that Nitish Kumar is 100 % fine and healthy.

Regardless of the above, Tejashwi Yadav is the biggest leader in the grand alliance. He is the contender for the post of Chief Minister. The question is, will Tejashwi face Nitish Kumar? There is no dispute over the leadership of Nitish Kumar. It is feared that there were many such incidents about Nitish Kumar’s health, which felt that there was a mess with his health. That is why there was speculation that Tejashwi would face Nitish’s son Nishant. Since Nishant is not currently in politics, he has no allegations, no dispute, no baggage, but currently BJP and JDU leaders will have to wait. (Rajat Sharma)
