Today everyone has only one question in mind. How is the situation in Prayagraj now? Is there still a huge crowd of bathing in Sangam? Are the devotees able to bathe comfortably? Are a large number of devotees still reaching Prayagraj? How many people took a dip in the confluence? There are many families whose people have taken a dip in Prayagraj but have not returned yet. What arrangements have been made for the return of such people? New restrictions have been imposed for people who reach Mahakumbh can take a dip and take a dip.

Although the crowd is less than before, but still millions of people have gathered in the Mahakumbh region. On Thursday, more than two crore six lakh devotees took a dip in the Sangam. People did not face much problems in the Ganges bath. Everything went well in the fair area because the administration has taken a lesson from the incident of Mauni Amavasya. The administration took steps on the basis of the flaws that came out, the feedback received from the devotees and the opinion of the experts. His effect appeared in Mahakumbh.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the officers to take care of two things. First, those who are in Prayagraj, have taken a bath in the Ganges, should be sent back safely. Secondly, those who are coming to Prayagraj to take a dip in Mahakumbh from other parts of the country, are trapped in the paths, they should be brought to Prayagraj safely. Keeping this in mind, the officers made seven major changes in the arrangements of Mahakumbh.

First the entire fair area of Mahakumbh was declared No-Vehicle Zone. The entry of all other types of trains has been banned except for only the vehicles supplied and emergency services supplied inside the fair. The VIP passes issued for the fair have been canceled all the passes. New VIPs will not be passed till 5 February. Along with this, all the routes of the fair area have been made one-way so that the crowd of devotees on any way does not become a face-to-face.

The entry of vehicles has also been stopped on the Pontoon Bridge. Out of 30 pontoon bridges, 29 bridges have been opened to devotees. The devotees who go to the confluence for bathing on half the bridges will pass and half the bridge is for those who return to take bath. A bridge is kept empty for police and emergency services. Apart from this, there is a continuous appeal to the devotees not to stay at the ghats after bathing so that there is no crowd. Volunteers are appealing to the people that even if tired, do not sit on the paths, do not sleep on the paths, otherwise an accident can happen. Immediately leave the ghat after bathing and leave for your camp or home.

Railways have done a strong job to reduce the crowd of devotees in Prayagraj. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav continued to be frozen in the Central Command Room. Yogi appealed to Prayagraj to run more trains from Prayagraj to Prayagraj to run more trains. The effect of this was that more than three hundred trains were run only to send devotees back to their homes from Prayagraj. Kumbh Special trains are running from five more railway stations in Prayagraj. Some train is being dispatched every four minutes. At the Prayagraj Junction, the zones of the junction and separate holding areas have been created to ensure that there is no congestion of devotees. On one hand there is a system of stopping 25 thousand devotees before the junction and arrangements have been made to hold one lakh passengers in Khusro Bagh. Passengers are being sent to the platform just before the train arrives according to the destination. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that yesterday the Railways run 364 trains from Prayagraj. 12 lakh people were taken to their destinations.

All of them believe that arrangements for crores of people in the confluence are a difficult task. It is also visible that the crowd of devotees in Mahakumbh has come more than expected. When people go to their respective areas and say that the system is good, more people go excited and depart towards Prayagraj. A big problem is that people who are coming to Mahakumbh do not want to return immediately. People are satisfied with living and eating arrangements. That is why you want to stay a day or two. Now that people have been appealed to return to return, due to backlog, there is a huge crowd on railway stations, roads. Traffic movement has slowed down.

Another big problem is that those who are returning from Prayagraj do not want to return to their homes directly. Most people have come to make two-four days’ programs. That is why many people want to go to Kashi Vishwanath and do Jalabhishek of Mahadev and a large number of people want to see the temple of Ram Lala. That is why a crowd of millions of people is reaching Ayodhya, seeing Ramlala.

In view of the huge crowd of devotees, schools up to class 12 in Ayodhya have been closed till February 5. Entry of four wheeler and two-wheeler trains has been banned throughout the city of Ayodhya. There are many people whose train has been missed or those who are not getting transport. I request such people to be patient, wait a little because every effort is being made to take them home safely. (Rajat Sharma)
