Psu stock dividend: Most companies in the Indian stock market have released the results of the third quarter of FY 2024-25. Now only a few companies have the results. Companies that have released their results are now giving dividend to investors. In this series, the government finance company PFC is also going to divide its shareholders. PFC (Power Finance Corporation) had stated in an exchange filing of February 12 that the company’s board has announced the third interim dividend for the current financial year.
Dividend’s money will come in account on or before March 11 or before
The PFC board announced a dividend of Rs 3.50 on each stock with a face value of Rs 10. The company has fixed a record date for this interim dividend on Friday, February 28. The company shares will trade X-Dividend trades on Friday this week. This means that investors will not get the benefit of dividend on new stocks to be purchased on February 28 and all the shares in your account will be paid on all the shares in your account till the market is closed on February 27. PFC had stated in the exchange filing that investors would be paid dividends on or before March 11 or before.
Continuation of decline in PFC shares continues
Power finance shares continue to decline. Last week, the company’s shares closed at Rs 390.25 at a price of Rs 1.40 (0.36%) on BSE on Friday. The company’s shares, which closed at Rs 391.65 on Thursday last week, opened at Rs 391.25 on Friday. The company’s shares are trading below their 52 weeks high. The 52 week of PFC shares is Rs 580.35, while its 52 week is 351.85 rupees. The current market cap of this Maharatna company is Rs 1,28,786.47 crore.
